DINO WILDS — Privacy Policy

Last updated 17 August 2026

Dino Wilds is a free mobile game made by Ryan Keats, an independent developer ("we"). This page explains what the game collects, why, and what you can do about it.

The short version: there is no sign-up, no email, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. The game keeps a small amount of gameplay data online so you can play alongside other people and restore your survivor if you lose your save.

What the game collects

That is all. The game does not collect your real name, email, contacts, location, photos, microphone audio or advertising identifiers, and it does not read anything from other apps. There are no ads, no analytics SDKs, no tracking and no in-app purchases.

Why

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the service provider below.

Who else sees it

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Realtime Database) on servers in the United States. Google processes it on our behalf under Firebase's privacy terms. Other players see only your survivor's name, its position and appearance in the world, and the in-game messages you choose to send them.

How long we keep it

Your choices

Children

Dino Wilds is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the game, email us and we will delete it.

Security

All traffic between the game and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Database rules allow each account to write only its own data. Your save file lives on your device first; the cloud copy is a mirror.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be mentioned in the game's release notes.
